Following the success of Bayswater Avenue the company then  developed 12 luxury villas on the prestigious Azzurra Island. The project is aptly named "Villa Azzurra".

Azzurra Island features an abundance of waterfront parks, a central park and only two entry points. Azzurra Island has naturally less traffic and noise, adding value to the peaceful views across the water.

Villa Azzurra comprises 12 Architecturally Designed Villas clustered on a hill top site fronting a neighbourhood park on Azzurra Island, designed to respond to views, sunshine and breezes in a village format.

Due to extremly high quality in design and finishes, all villas have now been sold.
